Terms and Conditions

All our designs are original, digital hand drawings and remain the property of Khiza Décor. Our designs, items or fabric may not be sold under a different brand name without our consent. 

Item Display Accuracy: 

We have taken care to display all items on our online store as true as possible to the physical item/s you should receive. However, colours may display differently on different device screens and textures may display differently in some photographs. Please also note that the light beige linen may initially appear to be white/off-white dependant on the brightness of a room's lighting or the conditions of the day. Please note that scatter cushion cover purchases do not include cushion inners. 

Size Accuracy:

Items may sometimes have a 1 - 2cm difference in width or length. Scatter cushion covers should fit the average cushion inner according to its specific size.

Fabric shrinkage: 

All our fabric has been pre-shrunk and thoroughly tested and item shrinkage should not occur, provided the care instructions have been followed correctly. 

Ink Fastness:

All our fabric is pre-treated for printing and has been thoroughly tested. The ink should therefore not bleed, fade or change colour if the care instructions are followed correctly. However, please be advised that all natural fabrics tend to shed small natural fibres when washed repeatedly over a period of time, or when exposed to heavy friction/handling throughout the day.

Order Delays:

We sometimes experience delays due to unforeseen technical issues or when our fabric stock has run out due to unforeseen circumstances. This can delay delivery dates which will be notified as soon as possible. Cancellation of orders will be available by request on a case-by-case basis. Public holidays may also affect production and the delivery date. 

Wall Art:

Our wall art items/artworks are created separately from our main workshop. Any wall art item/artwork included in your purchase will be delivered with a separate courier, possibly on a separate day, should your order include other items from our store (cushions, tablecloths, etc).  

Order Cancellations:

Orders cannot be cancelled once we have received payment as all items are made to order. We will only cancel an order arising from technical issues on our end, handled on a case-by-case basis. Should you have any cancellation queries, please notify us as soon as possible via email or via our 'Contact' page on our online store.

Refunds:

Purchases are eligible for refund within 7 working days of delivery received, provided that the items are in a resellable condition. Refund requests arising from product faults will be handled on a case-by-case basis. For the successful refund of item faults or damaged items a notification must be sent via email or via the 'Contact' page on our online store. We must be notified of a refund request within 7 working days of the item being delivered to the location specified in your order upon checkout. A refund request must include a description and photographs detailing the fault or damage, should the item have been damaged upon delivery. We will not refund an item that has been washed, since our fabric has been thoroughly tested and should therefore not be damaged if the care instructions have been followed (displayed in each online store item description and labelled on the physical item.  

Unavailable Items:

Only specific item variations are  sold through our online store. Should you wish to purchase the specific variation of an item displayed on our social media (but not included in our online store) you may send a request via email or via the 'Contact' page on our online store. These variations are available dependant on stock and may not be available immediately. Some designs or variations of a design may also be discontinued at any point.
